How it works

Every item is printed to order by Printful — nothing sits on a shelf. When you check out, your order goes into the print queue, gets printed, then ships straight to you.

Production & delivery times

Typical production is 2–7 business days before shipping, and US delivery adds a few business days after that. Those are estimates, not guarantees — print queues and carriers vary, and a busy week can stretch them.

Shipping cost

Free US shipping on every order — it's baked into the price. What you see is what you pay. Ordering from outside the US? Email us before you order and we'll tell you straight what's possible.

Returns & refunds

Because every item is printed to order, there are no returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size. Check the Size guide on the product card before you order — the manufacturer measurements are right there.

Misprints, damaged, or defective items are different: report them within 30 days of delivery with a photo, by emailing support@towerlifeclothing.com, and we'll replace the item or refund you.
